Brendan received his Masters of Business Administration from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech and his Bachelors in Philosophy from Towson University. He is a former “big 4” consultant and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who is certified as a Project Management Professional® and Human Capital Strategist.

Mark gained his knowledge through years of experience at some of the most respected institutions. As an SVP at a venture-backed technology startup, Mark led manufacturing, field, remote and GSOC operations, supply chain operations and overall customer success. At Microsoft, he led partner training for more than $20M worth of revenue, while at McKinsey & Company he advised numerous CEO, CIO and CSO’s on digital strategy. As COO, Mark plays a pivotal role in steering our organization towards new heights of success. His ability to craft streamlined strategies, foster a culture of collaboration, and drive innovation aligns seamlessly with FIQ’s vision and values.
Mark is graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Harvard Business School where he was a Timothy Day Marine Corps Entrepreneurial Fellow.
