Department of Veterans Affairs

(Multiple Contracts)

Developed and delivered multiple training and leadership development programs across VA including both instructor-led, webinar, and e-learning modalities.  Developed a mentorship and clinical supervision program to Title 38 employees.  Designed and delivered custom surveys to over 2,000 practitioners.  


Designed and delivered a leadership development cohort program to prepare civilian leadership for Senior Executive Service (SES).  The program takes place annually over six months and includes 360-degree assessments, one-on-one coaching, ‘fireside chats’ with interagency SESs, and a historical leadership tie-in with the National D-Day Memorial.

Office of Naval Intelligence


Designed and delivered over 30 leadership development courses over multiple years, all tied into NLRB strategic priorities; including, emotional intelligence, new supervisor training, conflict management, and workplace civility.  Delivered DiSC and Myers-Briggs assessments throughout the workforce.
